Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa para la obtención de abono orgánico mediante la transformación de residuos orgánicos a base de la lombricultura “Humus”

The target market to which the humus of worm will be directed will be the capital homes of the socio-economic strata three and four of the localities of Barrios Unidos and Teusaquillo of the city of Bogotá, to which they will be sold granulated humus In a presentation of one (1) kilogram. At the same time, a technical study was elaborated that explains what the project will need to operate and the details of the operation; Which allowed the study to know the number of workers to meet the demand of the target market, generate a mission, vision and corporate values and with regard to the requirement of the company in the area of production and in the administrative area, Which is specified in the administrative study carried out. On the other hand, a legal and environmental study was done that shows what Colombian regulations require for the company to comply with what is legally established.El estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa para la obtención de abono orgánico mediante la transformación de residuos orgánicos a base de la lombricultura, se llevó a cabo realizando un diagnóstico de donde se desarrolló el proyecto; lo que permitió aplicar un estudio de mercados que evaluó desde las variables macro hasta micro, donde se hallaron las condiciones que le brinda el mercado a la empresa productora de abono orgánico para que pueda entrar con mayor comodidad. El mercado objetivo al que va a ir dirigido el humus de lombriz va a ser los hogares capitalinos de los estratos socioeconómicos tres y cuatro de las localidades de Barrios Unidos y Teusaquillo de la ciudad de Bogotá, a los cuales se les venderá el humus granulado en una presentación de un (1) kilogramo. Al mismo tiempo se elaboró un estudio técnico que expone lo que necesitará el proyecto para funcionar y el detalle de la operación; lo que le permitió al estudio conocer la cantidad de trabajadores para satisfacer la demanda del mercado objetivo, generar una misión, visión y unos valores empresariales y lo que respecta con el requerimiento de la empresa en el área de producción y en el área administrativa, lo cual se especifica en el estudio administrativo realizado
